Warranty Information

FEROX Gear is designed to excel in the field, built to withstand the elements and keep you performing at your best. As long as the products are used responsibly and care instructions are followed, we back the craftsmanship and integrity of every FEROX item with our Lifetime Warranty. Please note, our warranty is non-transferable.

If your gear ever requires repair, we’re committed to exploring every option to restore it to full functionality, ensuring it’s ready for your next adventure. In cases where repair isn’t feasible, we will work closely with you to offer a replacement solution that meets your needs.

The wild can be unforgiving, but with FEROX Gear, you’ll always be ready for whatever it throws your way. We hope you get out into the wild as often as possible—and when you do, we’ll be here to keep you equipped, efficient, and fully immersed in the experience.

FEROX Gear’s Warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. 

Practical Product Lifespan will be determined solely by an authorized FEROX Gear Customer Service representative who will take into account the type / nature of the product, its intended use, the issue involved and the age of the product. Our Customer Service representatives may require consumer information to accurately determine the lifespan of the product in question.

FEROX Gear’s warranty is for the original consumer purchaser only. It is not transferable. Proof of purchase must be verified. 

FEROX Gear will repair or replace the product as provided under this Lifetime Warranty. This shall be the only remedy of the consumer. FEROX shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect, and incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty or condition on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.

All gear sent in for Warranty or Repair must be clean.

Dirty gear will be returned to you without a resolution of your claim. Please be sure to empty all pockets of ammunition, liquids, sharp objects, personal effects, etc.

Repairing gear is part of the life cycle of the gear. If you happen to get a tear or puncture in the field, do not be afraid to make a self-repair. During peak seasons our warranties and repairs can take up to 6 weeks.

WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

Send an email to support@feroxgear.com. Please include a description and images of your product and the issue. We will then review your claim. If your claim is approved as a manufacturer defect, we will happily email you a prepaid return label and tracking number. Pack the bag securely and hold on to the tracking number shown on the return label to ensure your package arrives back to the shop.
