About FEROX Pro Program
The FEROX Gear Pro Program is our way of helping hunting guides and outfitters, industry professionals, land and wildlife government employees, first responders, and military members get their hands on the highest-quality hunting and shooting gear for less. Check out our program details and requirements to see if you may qualify.
Program Details
Thank you for your interest in the FEROX Gear Pro Program. Please note that this program is by application only; membership is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time. As a member of the program, we ask that you represent FEROX positively and act with integrity in the field.
Kindly allow up to 2 weeks for processing before inquiring about the status of your application. Applications submitted without one of the required documents will be automatically denied.
Violation of the terms and conditions will result in immediate and permanent removal from the program.
Guide / Outfitter
If you are a full time, licensed Outfitter or Guide, you may qualify.
Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).
Copy of Outfitter License valid for the current license year, OR
Copy of current Liability Insurance, OR
Paystub within the last 30 days showing full-time employment, OR
Check from a licensed outfitter within the last 30 days, OR
Letter of employment from a licensed outfitter, OR
Tax Documentation (1099, W2)
Note: Guide licenses, Merchant Mariner credentials, and business cards are not accepted.

Land & Wildlife Government Agencies
If you a full time employee for the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Fish and Wildlife, or a Game Warden, you may qualify.
Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).
Paystub showing job title or position (full-time employment) within the last 30 days, OR
Note: Currently, we are only accepting applications for the groups listed above. Business cards are not accepted.

Industry Professional
If you work full-time for an Outdoor Industry brand, you may qualify.
Required Documentation, without exception (please remove all sensitive personal information).
Paystub within the last 30 days showing full-time employment, AND
Account and application must use your work-issued email address

Military and First Responder
Active duty military can send in a photo of their CAC card or e-mail us from their .mil account. Veterans must send in their DD-214/NGB 22. Honorable discharge and completion of the first full term are required. LES, Pay Stubs and Orders will not be accepted as proof of service.
Other Categories
FEROX Gear is not currently accepting Pro Program applications to any other categories.
How to Apply
If you have already created a general customer account at feroxgear.com or need to renew your Pro Program account, please login to your account, and complete the application by providing the required proof of active status for your industry on this page.
After your application is approved and you have received our “Welcome Email,” you may log in to feroxgear.com with your email address and your personalized password. Your Pro Program discount will be automatically applied at checkout to your order. Application approval can take 2-3 days.
We will send out a notification email to let you know when it is time for you to renew your Pro Program account. Please supply us with all the information we ask for as our pro qualifications may change.
