Orders typically ship out within 1 Business day (not including weekends or U.S. Holidays) from the day they are placed (applies to standard shipping only). Orders placed during weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day. During sale events and peak shipping seasons, it can take up to 5 business days. Express shipping will be shipped the same day (M-F) if placed before 10:00 am Mountian Time.
Tracking is emailed when the item(s) ship. You may track your package by entering your tracking number into Google or by going directly to www.USPS.com.
US Shipping
Standard US ShippingAll of our packages are shipped using USPS Priority. If you require UPS or Fedex, please reach out and we can get quote on shipping cost for you.
Free ShippingWhen applicable, customers must select the Free Flat Rate method at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Our cancelation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.
Please contact us here to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancelation attempts.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their information before finalizing an order. Please note that FEROX Gear cannot be held responsible for any shipping or product costs resulting from orders being shipped to an incorrect address.
Once a package is returned to us, we are unable to make any adjustments to the address. The package will be received, and your order will be automatically refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once the package has arrived.
Currently, we ship exclusively to the US.
For Canadian orders, recipients are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the Canadian government. Please consult your customs office for details regarding duties, taxes, import fees, and restricted items.
If your order’s tracking information indicates a confirmed delivery but you haven’t received the package, please file a lost/stolen package claim with the carrier or your local police department. Once the case is approved, please send us the details, and we’ll gladly discuss replacement or refund options with you.
After placing your order, please allow 2-3 business days for shipping and for tracking information to be provided. If you have not received tracking details within this timeframe, please reach out to us by submitting a ticket.
